In accordance with Egyptian consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to return or exchange products within 15 days from the delivery date if the product does not meet their expectations, provided that:
The product is unused and in its original condition
All original contents are returned, including packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags
In this case, the customer is responsible for:
Shipping and delivery costs
Electronic payment processing fees (if applicable)
All electronic products sold by Safqqa are covered by a 90-day warranty from the delivery date against manufacturing defects only.
During the warranty period, Safqqa will:
Repair the product, or
Replace the product, or
Issue a refund
according to the condition of the product and the technical assessment.
The warranty does not cover:
Misuse or improper handling
Physical damage or breakage
Damage caused by external factors
Unauthorized repair attempts outside Safqqa
A full refund will be issued in the following situations:
Confirmed manufacturing defect
Product damaged upon delivery
Incorrect product delivered

Submit clear photos of the product (if requested)
Each request is reviewed within 24–48 hours.
Inspection time may take 1–3 business days if required.
Once the return is approved:
Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or the original payment method, depending on the order
Safqqa sells original products only.
Product conditions such as Sealed, New, Open Box, and Refurbished represent internal commercial classifications describing cosmetic and functional condition.
