Changed Your Mind? Can I cancel my order before receiving the product?

If the order has NOT been shipped:

Please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp at +20 122 555 5174 or email us at contact.eg@safqqa.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

If the order HAS been shipped:

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, it becomes difficult to cancel it immediately.

However, you can still inform us of your cancellation request, and we will contact the courier partner to attempt to stop the shipment.


Return Without a Reason

You may return the product within 15 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The product is in perfect condition and kept in its original new state.

  • The product is returned with all its original contents, including accessories, packaging, tags, and manuals.

In this case, the customer is responsible for:

  • Delivery/shipping fees.

  • Electronic payment fees (if applicable).


What is the return notification period?

You must notify us within 15 days from the date of receiving the product.


Return Policy

1. Product Warranty

  • All electronic devices are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery in case of manufacturing defects.

  • During this period, we will handle repair or replacement directly through our store to ensure faster service.

  • Please report any defect within this period to qualify for repair or replacement according to the warranty terms.


2. Returning a Product That Doesn't Suit You

If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of receiving it under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • All accessories, packaging, labels, and inserts must be returned exactly as received.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Round-trip shipping fees.

  • Electronic payment fees (if applicable).


Refund Policy

Can I receive a full refund?

Yes, a full refund is issued in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong product.

If you request a cancellation or return BEFORE the order is shipped, and the reason is not related to product quality:

  • Electronic payment processing fees will be deducted.

For orders paid using online payment methods:

Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days through bank transfer, after you provide us with your bank account details.


How to Return a Product

Please follow the steps below:

  2. We will create a return request for you.

  3. If you prefer to return the product through our courier partners (Aramex or RedBox),

  4. We will send you the return shipping label/tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

  5. You can then drop off the product at the nearest courier branch for a faster return process.
