In accordance with Egyptian consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to return a product within 15 days from the date of delivery in case of a change of mind, provided that:
The product is in its original condition and has not been used.
The product is returned with all original contents, including:

All accessories

In this case, the customer is responsible for:
Shipping and delivery fees.
Electronic payment processing fees (if applicable).
Customers must notify Safqqa’s customer support team of a return request within 15 days from the delivery date.
All electronic products sold by Safqqa are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects only.
During the warranty period, Safqqa may, at its discretion:
Repair the product,
Replace the product, or
Issue a refund,
based on the product condition and the evaluation of our technical support team.
The warranty does not cover:
Misuse or improper handling.
Physical damage or breakage.
Damage caused by external factors.
Any repair attempts performed outside Safqqa’s authorized service channels.
A full refund will be issued in the following cases:
A confirmed manufacturing defect.
The product arrives damaged.
The customer receives an incorrect product.
Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days after the return request is approved.
Refunds are issued via bank transfer after the customer provides valid bank account details.
